From the Straits Times, 23 Nov 2011

Madam Zhang’s 17-year-old daughter Feng Jianyu came in from the adjoining bedroom, said the prosecution. Wang allegedly attacked her, stabbing her repeatedly until she collapsed.

He is then said to have rushed naked into the room shared by Meilin and her mother Yang Jie, 36. Wang attacked the teenager while Madam Yang ran out of the room, the court heard.

The mother then climbed out of the kitchen window and stood on the narrow ledge outside, while clinging on to the laundry pole holders. Wang cut her fingers with his knife, the prosecution claims, and she fell to the ground below.

The court heard she died as a result of the fall, while the two other victims died from multiple stab wounds.
